Having a good relationship between a leader and group members is important to ensuring that they are efficient in working. The leader should make use of the various methods of solving conflicts between the group members. He should try and engage the group members in social events that will help bonding. The leader of the group also has a few strong points. One of the strong points is that he stipulates what he expects from the group members. Explaining the role of each member in the group gives each member a sense of direction.
